This Subscription Policy explains how PitchFit subscriptions (“Subscriptions”) work — billing, automatic renewal, trials, cancellation, and price changes. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use and Money-Back Guarantee Policy.
Where we offer a free or paid trial for a Subscription, the trial runs for the period shown at checkout. Unless you cancel at least one (1) day (24 hours) before the trial ends, your trial will automatically convert into a paid Subscription and you will be charged the price shown on the payment screen for the subscription period you selected.
Your Subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (for example weekly, monthly, quarterly, six-monthly, or annually, depending on the option you chose at purchase) at the then-current price, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the recurring fee to your payment method on each renewal date, together with any applicable taxes, until you cancel.
Fees are charged to the payment method you provide at the time of purchase. You are responsible for keeping your payment details valid and up to date. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend or cancel your Subscription.
You can cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancelling switches off automatic renewal: you keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period, and you are not charged again after that. To make sure you are not charged for the next period, cancel at least one (1) day (24 hours) before your renewal date (or, during a trial, before the trial ends). If you cancel within that final day, the upcoming renewal may still be charged and your cancellation will take effect from the following period.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Money-Back Guarantee Policy. Cancelling a Subscription stops future renewals but is not by itself a refund of amounts already charged, except as set out in that policy or as required by applicable law. One-off purchases (such as challenge-credit bundles) are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Challenge credits can only be used while you have an active Subscription, and any unused credits are removed when your Subscription ends or is cancelled. We make this clear to you before you purchase them.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change Subscription prices from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice of any price change by posting it in the app, sending you an email, or another prominent method. Any change applies only to billing periods after it takes effect. If you do not wish to pay the new price, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and where required by law we will notify you. Your continued use of a Subscription after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
